EMAIL CHANNELS

While working at Central Co-op, I developed strong expertise in creating content for our email channels across the Food, Funeral, Travel, and Membership branches of the business. This included a wide range of campaigns from weekly promotional offers for Food and Travel, to customer journey communications for Funeral and Membership. I also supported key projects such as new store launches and regeneration initiatives across multiple areas.
